PURCHASE CONDITIONS
MADE TO ORDER
All FORME products are made to order. Production begins upon receipt of full payment. Lead times vary by product and are displayed on each product page.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of purchase regardless of order size. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby (buy now, pay later). All card transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your unique order number and estimated delivery timeline. This email serves as your receipt.
CANCELLATION
As all items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet commenced. After 24 hours, or once production has begun, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the order value. Orders in the final stages of production or completed items cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Approved returns are subject to a return handling and shipping fee of 15% of the item value. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
DELIVERY
Free delivery within the UAE on all orders. White-glove delivery service includes placement in your chosen room. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location. International shipping is available on request and quoted separately.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours by emailing hello@formeobjects.com with photographs of the damage, packaging, and shipping labels. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
