TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions govern your use of the FORME website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. FORME reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

3. PRICING

All prices are displayed in AED and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of purchase.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For Tier 3 bespoke items, a 50% deposit is required to commence production, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery within the UAE is complimentary on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by product tier: Tier 1 items ship within 2-3 weeks, Tier 2 within 4-6 weeks, and Tier 3 bespoke pieces within 6-10 weeks. These are estimates and may vary.

6. RETURNS

All pieces are made to order and are non-returnable. Please review your selections carefully, including material, finish, and dimensions, before confirming your purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of FORME and Design Nomad Studio. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. LIABILITY

FORME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
