Trade Programme Terms

Effective 20 April 2026. These terms apply to every approved partner of the Forme Trade Programme.

Eligibility

The Trade Programme is open to registered architectural practices, interior design studios, and procurement contractors operating in the UAE with an active trade license. The trade code is issued to your business, not to any individual working in it.

Forme reviews every application personally. Approval is at our discretion and we may ask for additional documentation before confirming.

Rate

Approved partners receive a 10% discount on every order placed through formeobjects.com using their trade code.

The rate does not apply to gift cards, corporate gifting packages, or any items already on sale unless explicitly stated.

Usage

Each trade code is single-use per order. The code is non-stackable with any other promotion, voucher, or sale discount active at the time of checkout. The code has no expiry while your trade account remains in good standing.

Orders

Trade-rate orders follow the same purchase conditions as retail orders, including deposit, cancellation, return, and exchange terms. See full purchase conditions →

Non-transferable

Your trade code is for your own studio or practice to use on work for your clients. It must not be shared with, resold to, or used on behalf of third parties outside your engagement with that client.

Misuse, including posting the code publicly or passing it to parties who are not your clients, will void your trade access immediately.

Revocation

Forme may suspend or revoke your trade access at any time, with or without prior notice. Orders that have already been placed and paid for remain valid under their original terms.

Privacy

We never share your contact details, licence information, or application materials with third parties. Forme does not maintain a public directory of partners. Your participation in the Trade Programme remains private between you and us.

Changes

Forme may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your trade account before taking effect.
